How order tracking works on BDESH

Every order on BDESH has a status for the overall request and for each service line item — Pending, Processing, Complete, and more.

Members receive in-app notifications when staff update status or request additional documents.

Each order includes a private magic link so members can share read-only progress with family without creating an account.

Agents and sub-agents see orders in their network; platform staff manage processing from the admin console.
