How BDESH collects, uses, and protects personal data including NID and passport documents.
Data we collect
We collect account information (name, email), role assignments, agent profile data including NID uploads, order and applicant documents such as passport and identity copies, and order messages.
How we use data
Data is used to operate the platform, verify agent identities, process Gulf migration orders, send notifications, and communicate account status. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
Document security
NID and passport files are stored with encrypted object storage in production. Access is limited by role — only assigned agents and authorized platform staff can view sensitive documents.
Retention
We retain data while your account is active and as required for legal, audit, and migration compliance obligations. You may request account closure subject to outstanding order obligations.
